A4 size limestone

In 2014-2015, I have been to different places on my interest. I tried to know more about the Lithography stone at the beginning, so I went to the south of Germany, a Limestone quarry, to investigate the production of stone. When I went to the quarry, I noticed that they were no longer producing lithographic stone but only natural stone tiles and cement. I drew on their floor tiles about the process of making these tiles when I was in a local factory. At the same time I saw a lot of fossils on the tiles. Then, I went to the Uppsala University in Sweden and surveyed the paleontologist’s manner of working. After that I learned, there was an archaeologist from this university, he visited China in the last century and had a series of important archaeological discoveries. I found some new connection points in details. When I talk to different people at different places, the on-site experience, oral history and different disciplines of knowledge can adjust my way of working and find more interesting results.
